This elegant Celtic cheese board set includes a removable ceramic dish for crackers, olives, etc. and three cheese service utensils. Utensils are stainless steel with bamboo handles; (1) Cheese Knife (1), Cheese spreader (1), Cheese fork - all inset in the cheese board. The cheese board is composed of organically grown bamboo.
The care instructions are as follows:
- Prepare the board for use by generously applying food-safe mineral oil, then wipe dry.
- After each use, hand wash with a soapy sponge, rinse with warm water, and hand dry thoroughly.
- Do not immerse in water, soak or wash in a dishwasher. Do not use abrasives.
- Not microwave- or oven-safe. Refrigerator-safe.
- Occasionally reapply mineral oil to restore luster. Food-safe mineral oil is readily available in most grocery stores.
